Junior Innovation Engineer 

£25,000-£30,000 pa. (job description)

We are seeking a Junior Innovation Engineer to join our dynamic and fun team. This is an important position, primarily supporting our delivery team.

You will be responsible for researching solutions for our client’s building performance challenges. Your role will allow you to build on existing scientific and technical knowledge, to hone your skills and be at the forefront of innovation.

You will be working in an interesting field and will be able to see the personal contribution that you make to the clients we work with.

Location: Oxford, UK
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 pa. (based on experience)
Term: Full-time (opportunities for flexible hours and occasional working from home)

Building Performance Innovation Lead

£35,000-£40,000 pa. (job description)

We are looking for an Innovation Lead to hold a pivotal role in shaping the direction of research through developing strong relationships with the Innovation Gateway Partners and utilising your knowledge and experience of building performance and key industry themes.

You will be accountable for the following:

  • Manage key relationships with Partners to identify, understand and define their building performance challenges.
  • Facilitate and support the relationships between innovators and Partners to increase the likelihood of pilot success and robustness of data and reporting.
  • Work closely with Partners operational teams to enable and facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange across the Partnership.

Location: Oxford, UK
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 pa.(based on experience)
